Kinzo will not be offered on December 24 and 25, and January 1. Adverse winter weather conditions may force some Kinzo halls to close. Please check that your Kinzo hall is open before setting off.
Claiming a prize
Congratulations!
Here’s how to claim your prize.
To claim your prize, Loto-Québec’s offices must receive the required documents within 365 days of your win.
Whether you choose to claim your prize by mail or in person, you must provide the following documents:
- The prize claim form that was given to you at the bingo or Kinzo hall
- Photo ID (or a photocopy of the latter if you claim your prize by mail)
- The original winning bingo sheet/Kinzo ticket
Make sure the back of the winning Kinzo ticket is filled out.
Prizes of $3,000 or less
You can claim a prize of $3,000 or less directly at Kinzo hall where you won.
Prizes of $3,000.01 to $9,999.99
You can claim a prize of $3,000.01 to $9,999.99 by mail or in person.
By mail: Send your prize claim to the Loto-Québec head office. A cheque made out to the person who signed the winning Kinzo ticket will be sent to the mailing address indicated on the back of the ticket.
In person: Call the Loto-Québec Customer Relations Centre at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment. The Customer Relations Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except on statutory holidays).
